Collection II
Ecuador · Madagascar · Ghana
Three tablets that speak only of place. Manabí for yellow fruit, Sambirano for bright citrus, Ashanti for amber depth. No emulsifiers, no vanilla — only cacao and cane sugar.

Collection III
Madagascar · 64%
A library of pralines built around Piedmont hazelnut, Sicilian almond and Bronte pistachio, paired with bright Sambirano ganaches. The shells are tempered to ring like crystal.

Collection IV
Rotating origins
Four times a year we release a small edition tied to harvest, season or memory. Past editions have included winter chestnut, smoked salt caramel, and a midnight orange-blossom truffle.
